Why does the heat switch turn off in about 15 seconds after turning it on?
PELOUSA is designed for the heater circuit to be cut off in 10 seconds if the switch is kept pressed.
The heater circuit will be automatically cut off in 10 seconds for safety if the switch is kept pressed.
Remove your finger from the heat switch, press it again, and repeat this process.
However, please do not continue using it for more than 10 minutes, since the tip comb may become hot.
The main power goes off a little while after it is turned on. Is it a malfunction?
This is not a malfunction. It is for safety.
For safety, the wire will not heat up if you do not press the heat switch for 1 minute after turning on the main power. Since it is not a malfunction, turn off the main power, turn it on again, and press the heat switch.
The heat wire seems to be bent. Is it okay to continue using it?
Stop using and replace the heat wire cartridge.
The heat wire cartridge is a replaceable item. After using it for a certain amount of time, the heat wire will become deformed, bent, or cut. If you continue using it, the comb part may be deformed by heat. Stop using it and replace the heat wire cartridge. The heat wire cartridge is sold separately.
I accidentally pressed the comb open switch during use. I immediately closed the comb, but the heat switch doesn't work. Was it broken?
